Maehr'sae hiylun'ehya; this is the guiding principal of Haelun'or. Progress and Health, devoid of the chaos caused by impurity.

If this is the creed of Haelun'or, then no more should we tolerate the impurity of body as the impurity of the mind. Impurity of the mind can come in a variety of forms: The most heinous of which is a high elf who views other races as 'equal to' or 'greater than' the blessed mali'aheral kind.

It is this crime that the High Elven "Clerics" commit. Clericalism itself being a practice which has only become legal in Haelun'or as a consequence of the vile liberalism of Iatrilemar Elervathar and his regressive followers.

They even go so far as to praise their "God" as the embodiment of purity, and that all others are therefore "less pure"— Which is a heinous mistruth they spew violently throughout the streets of Haelun'or.

It is therefore, as a result, the art of Clericalism is hereby once more deemed impure if practiced by pure blooded mali'aheral within the lands of Haelun'or.

It is further noted that Necromancy is also deemed illegal in all forms within Haelun'or— As is any form of magic which revolves around the occult worship of death.

This is the will of Haelun'or. And thus this is the will of All Elves.

A note is passed along by a brown owl

"Just to clarify, if the art is done by say, a neutral Mali'ame (one not currently with Artemic) to assist the High Elves, is this alright to be done to save a Mali'aheral?
