Farmer Nob immediately puts an offer in for Leuvaarden.
"Dear Jean, we accept your offer and welcome you to Leuvaarden. Ample land will be provided and the barn will be used to its full capacity!"

Constantine nods at the poster

"You already came to look at Owynswood your more then welcome to move in, we've a tavern that extends into the mountain, this can be turned into a stable and barn. We've plenty of land for a corral."

Nob,

I will have to decline. Although I am fine building for you, the persecution of pagans within Leuvaarden is not something I wish to be associated with.

Count Victor de Montfort dips his quill into a small pot of ink, addressing a letter to Jean Achaius.

"Jean Achaius,

As mentioned in my previous letter, you are more than welcome to establish your ranch in Owynswood if you wish. Lord Dystov has developed a town along the coastline by the name of Aleksgrad, which contains plenty of land nearby suitable for pasture. Should you consider our proposal, you would be a welcome addition to our community.

- Count Victor de Montfort"

Aethos pens a simple return letter.

"Feel free to contact me any time you please. I know of a place that sounds just right for you, as we have barns with cobwebs, and large farms with no farmers. Please do inquire at your own interest, although it is undergoing some construction, so it may be a bit noisy, but I doubt the sounds of building would reach your ears at the farms. So, stop by New Salvus some time, or send a return message whenever you feel necessary. -Aethos Tyberian"
