Why do you want to be both a builder and an actor for the ET? 

 

Ive always been interested in the complex builds that the event team has had to offer the server and I would love to be a help in creating such wonderful pieces of art. As for the actor, Id love to submerse myself in the environment and wonder that the builds I may have taken part of as a roleplayer, to enjoy them for myself, as well as creating them for others. 

 

What are some of your most treasured builds? (screenshots if possible):

 

My most treasured builds, unfourtunately ive no screenshots of them. But I used to be a builder for multiple servers that were starting up, and have long sinced not made it. The builds I have screenies for are down below. 

 

Do you hold any other staff positions? None at all. 

 

What are your characters? Are you willing to sacrifice any to become a Event member?

 

I play An elf named Ryder, and A human Horen Girl. I would sacrifice both either.

Are you an independent builder, and are you capable of handling all aspects of a build?

I am. I can work from my own mind or from directions from someone else. All I need is a vision and to be pointed in the right direction. 

 

Create two distinct RP scenarios/events that are based on the lore of LOTC, and that you would organize. 1) For a group of 5-10 2) For a group of 20+

 

1) 5-10

 

A strange old woman, cloaked and hunched over,  can be seen wandering around the forests of Cerulin. She is never seen for long, often purchasing strange things from the market. She never stays for long, before retreating back into the deep dark forests. 

 

Whomever would follow her would be led to a small, run down shack, battered by time. Her face, to whomever shall gaze upon it, is just as battered. Time runs down her face in great sagging wrinkles. Local legend says that she was once a beautiful woman, scorned by the man she once loved. Now, she sits in her shack, making potions for those who come. 

 

The legend also tells of what her potions can do.. That she can grant you one wish, and only one. So be careful what you wish for.. 

 

(This could include groups of people asking her for guidance/help. Or even a witch hunt, depending on how the people percieve her)

 

2) 20+

 

It is the time of year when the snow starts to fall in Oren, and the lords and ladies, dressed in their winter's best have decided to go on a winter progress to their winter palace within the northern borders of the land. So, beginning in the capital, the people of Oren pack up their belongings into carts and make their way to the palace grounds, singing merrily as they make their way. 

 

Once they make it to the palace, this is the place where the Festival of the Crown would begin, a festival celebrating the current Monarch's time on the throne, as well as the changing of seasons. This festival would last two days, and would open with a ceremony of faith, something Orenians hold dear, to bless the festival and to give thanks for the passing year. 

 

Following the ceremony, a grand feast would be held in the grand hall, complete with entertainment just as jesters, acrobats, and even a dancing bear. 

 

The next day comes the true event, a grand tournament. Players would have to sign up the night before to which events they would like to take place in. Both a joust, and a melee would be held, as well as a mock war type event. 

 

The winners of each event would recieve prizes, tokens that represent their prowess in the event. 

 

How long does it take for you to complete a build? 

 

It depends on the scale and complexity of the build. A small house could take me an hour or so, yet a temple or keep could take a great deal longer. Quality comes from the time you put into a build. 

 

Tell us how you plan on constructing a large build, a medium build, and a small build.

 

For all three. I firstly find create a vision in my head. Sometimes I take the time and sketch it out, what exactly I want. Then, I search for the perfect place. I like to work with the natural curves and pieces of the land. 

 

I mostly go about doing each size build the same. I mark out the dimentions that i want to reach, and then I generally start from the middle and shape out the framework of the build first. Then can come the general design and base. From the base, you work on detailing. Detailing for me comes last because its most imortant. The detail is where the environment comes in, its what creates the feel to the build. 

 

Additional details (Do you know how to Voxel? World Edit? Craftbook? Etc...):

 

I can voxel, Ive not done it in a while, but I have worked with it before. As for the rest, I am a quick learner. 

How long do you plan to stay in the ET?

 

As long as you want me, and as long as I possibly can. 

 

Tell me a trick about building (eg: floating torches, custom heads)

 

If you put down a torch, and then an item frame behind it, it looks 100x better cosmeticaly then just plopping a torch on the wall. Also, stick a slab in there as well, as it looks like a bracket to hold the torch in place. 

 

Tell me what you want from the ET.

 

I want to be able to give more to the server that I love so much. I want to create new opportinuties and create different roleplay situations. I want to create marvelous things. To me, event team is limitless, Its a chance to give back.

Nummy has had some pretty beautiful builds in the past. I'm confident that she can live up to expectations as a builder and whatever other duties she might be required to fufill. She's a diligent worker and always tries her best to make everyone feel involved in what she does.
