"Hello.  My name is Roric Volik, and I hail from the north up in Valranheim.  I run a small farm full of cows, sheep, and rabbits, (perhaps horses soon), and lately the animals have been breeding good.  I have more than enough beef and mutton to sustain myself on food, and with the meat comes wool and leather, of course.  This note is to advertise my livestock and the products of them, asking if you would be interested in buying any such things.  I know little of the rates of leather, wool, and the above mentioned items, so prices can be determined if you are interested.  Be sure to send me a bird (HammerHoops21).  That's all for now, I hope we can reach a deal."
