Identifying listed entities is done so by observing the back of the neck. If marked with a triangle, the entity has been charged and convicted with crimes deeming banishment. The Republic advises that these entities are not to be taken lightly and may prove as a danger to the populous of Athera. Please use caution if found in the presence of a Blacklisted.
