The only exception for this, is for His Majesty. *Thou whom desert The Watchers, after taking upon the vows shall be executed for desertion. *Those who join The Watchers, will be tattooed upon the side of the neck, with the symbol of an opened eye, to symbolize their watch over the realm. *One whom has sworn the vow of The Watchers, may be pardoned, only by His Majesty, himself. *We do ask, that if you come upon a deserter of The Watchers, which is visible by their marking upon the side of the neck, please do inform officials of The Watchers.
