Clan Jaka

 

 

History

 

Clan Jaka came to be when gîthgoth Fizldank, being inspired by Clan Ublu, would gather a following of Goblins under his banner through promises of a Gobo sanctuary, loot, and blargs. This newly formed group would seek to build on the clearly unsuccessful goals of Clan Ublu, primarily to show the strength of the Goblin kind.

 

With his newly formed clan, Fizldank would soon show the Uruks the ability of the Gobo’s. They would make explosives to be used in war, and tinker up many siege weapons to increase it’s usefulness to the Rexdom. With this empowerment, many more Goblins would join Clan Jaka.

 

Under the watchful gaze of Fizldank, Clan Jaka would excel in the arts of crafting explosives and tinkering. Both valuable skills that will help to ensure their goal is met. While they work towards this, Clan Jaka loyally serves the Rex Vrogak’Gorkil, who they see as a great leader.

 

Traditions

 

New Chief

A great feast is held, with every member dancing about the fire chanting and howling. The prospective Chieftain will then emerge from their hut to assert dominance over their soon to be Clan through a great dance. If the dance is excellent, the members of the Clan will hoot and join their new Chieftain. If not, then they will commence the ritualistic beating.

 

Coming of Age

A young Goblin to be accepted into the world of the adult will have to prove themselves through a hunt. A strong adult will return with meat from a successful hunt, a child returns with nothing.

 

Victory

Once victory has been achieved, Clan Jaka celebrates by lighting large bonfires to burn the useless things found. Once that is done, the Clan commences a massive trade of every useful item looted around the bonfires. When there is nothing left to trade the bonfires die out and the Clan stores what they have gathered safely away.

 

Kubs

When a kub is born, they are not to be forced to join Clan Jaka, when the kubs comes of age he or she may join Clan Jaka, or a different clan of their choice.

 

Overview

 

Chieftain

Current: Fizldank’Jaka

The Chieftain of the Clan sees to all that his Clan does. Nothing happens without the Chieftains consent.

 

Elder

Current :

The Elders are trusted clan members to the Chieftain. They usually include old members, shamans, or even ex-chieftains.

 

Raknur

Current: Tirug’Jaka, Oob’Jaka, Groob'Jaka, Tura'Jaka, Jak'Jaka, Tokira'Jaka, Kibub'Jaka, Eyuk'Jaka, Dump'Jaka

The Raknur are the Goblins belonging to Clan Jaka. These members perform basic duties as craftsman or tinkerers, and in times of war, warriors.

 

Raknaga

Current: 

The Raknaga are the Uruks and Ologs belonging to Clan Jaka. These members perform mostly duties too hard for Goblins to do, such as stonemasons, lumberjacks, heavy lifters, and of course, warriors.

 

Honour Brothers

Current: Shreck'Lak, Lakquisha’Lak, Wun'Lur

Uruks outside of the clan that are considered to be kin to Clan Jaka, they are permitted to take place in certain ceremonies and may enter buildings, but they are not permitted to live with Clan Jaka.

 

Outsider

Outsiders are every being not in Clan Jaka. They are permitted to visit and trade with Clan Jaka, but must remain outside of their buildings and not join any ceremony.
