501warhead 1796 Share Posted July 4, 2015 Hey guys, This is a heads up. BookPreserve will be disabled in 3 days time, on July 7th. It has been causing some issues and we need to clean it up and then disable it. As such, we'll be doing an ongoing effort to get you your books in such a way that will allow you to get your RP books in a timely manner. You can use /restorebook to get your books (Note - they'll pile into any free inventory room you have!) If you do not have room for these books and cannot store them anywhere you can /modreq and we will assist you with finding a place to store these books. Sky 0 Share Posted July 6, 2015 That'd be a terrible thing to do to the people who may not be available in the next day. What of the terrible things that it is doing to those who already have terrible ping and is practically barring them from access the server at all? Should we simply say that because some people who couldn't be available to request the transfer of their books one day, that their connection to the server will remain sub-par until three days pass? I'm all for letting people keep role-play essential items but there comes a point where if they were so important to their progression and such, they'd be able to hop on for one of the twenty-four hours they have in a day to claim the books.
