A notice has been put up next to the gate to the laboratories. It glows a faint cyan, and for a moment you could swear something was odd about it. There is however nothing odd or uncanny about this notice. It is a call, to the mages.

As okarir'tayna I wish to work towards teaching you all to learn as much as you possibly can. However, it is not only my task to teach. Together with the Institute of elhaelun'or, I wish to spread the teachings of magic among us. This is why I request anyone gifted with the practise of the arcane or, in rare situations, other magic archetypes to fill in a small form so we may register and oversee all use of magic within the city and set up plans more easily to provide teachers to willing students.
