Dragonslayerelf 654 Share Posted July 15, 2015 I've had an idea. Lord of the Craft in the future. On a separate server and a few continents in the future, guns are invented, and it is no longer MEDIEVAL FANTASY but RELATIVELY MODERN fantasy, as in WW2 grade technology (Flans Mod would have to be a must for pvp, but a Technic Launcher modpack is easily made), governments and things like that. Now I know you are all saying it is a horrible idea but it plays out well in my head. In a world that is in a horrible state of affairs, you take the roll of whatever you want wether it being a simple factory worker with family issues to a member of a more fantasy-ish mafia, or a soldier for the Orenite Republic or the Orcish Union, or the Protectorate of Laureh'lin. I am just spitballing ideas but I want to know if I'm the only one who thinks this would be a good idea.

Dragonslayerelf 654 Author Share Posted July 15, 2015 So, cyberpunk? Well...Not exactly...like if Fallout, Skyrim, and LOTC got together to make a wonderful communion of a RP server before the apocolypse minus the laser weaponry So basically, yep-ish

Ventusyr 233 Share Posted July 15, 2015 I really like it but I think I prefer Lord of the Craft as a straight medieval fantasy genre. Plus, we can't handle guns :D

Dragonslayerelf 654 Author Share Posted July 15, 2015 I'd be down but one thing... Splitting the player base!!Ye, that wouldn't be posiable I would think it could be like a thing that is an either or on one base forum separated into two categories, but still be connected with a 'This is the past -> This is the future' which also might draw new players oppose to split the currently existing players, as the currently existing players would still probably come to the medieval server and the WW2 era server In Spess! World War 2 not Space War
Gone 869 Share Posted July 15, 2015 No. Would split the playerbase and make things too confusing. Just no.
