Since our arrival to Vailor and the completion of the citadel, the Triumvirate and the Silver Council have received numerous suggestions, requests and even threats from anonymous citizens who disagree with a decision or action performed by the government. We would like to remind you that most of these decisions are carried out by the Triumvirate, which consists only of elected members of our society. It is for this reason that from this day forth, any suggestion, request or threat is to be made publicly, either through voiced announcements or signed paperwork.
