[Bug] Rip Betty The Second (Disappearing Horses)

Disappearing horses, after server restart.

 Describe exactly all the actions you took leading up to the bug:
So, I was literally in the middle of Felsen, hanging out with my buddies while on my mighty steed Betty the Second, then the server restarts, Betty the Second is literally gone, tried calling my horse back, over and over, didn't work, it's literally gone and stuck forever in the realm of Iblees.
 What messages are/aren't you getting that you would/wouldn't get normally: (in the event of a crash, please also provide the error log)

 Frequency of occurrence:
No idea. Though I'm pretty sure there's a chance of happening during a server restart.

This is not something that happened once, I had a much better horse beforehand, and it also fell victim to this, AKA put it in Felsen, come back next day, it's literally gone.
