The Caliphate of Khalestine

As the Qalasheen embrace their new city and brethren with open arms, so too did they happily place Faiz Kharadeen as the first Caliph to guide them. Not only guide them on the path of God’s will, but also guide their newly erected nation as a whole. All absolute power is given to the Caliph, for the Caliph follows God’s divine will, but a nation of thousands can not be properly guided by just one man alone. The past Advisory council has proven to be inactive and of no use, the Caliph and Munavin proving to be the only ones doing anything. The Caliph has then decided to reform the Advisory council to allow for more activity, to allow for more prosperity, and to allow for greatness. The new council will now be known as the High Council of Khalestine.

Those of the High Council have the power to invoke laws and standards throughout the lands of Khalestine, while within their jurisdiction. Those that are seen fit to a council position will be placed within by the will of the Caliph or Sultan. A council member one placed will follow his title until the end by death, resignation, or removal. Those within the high council may do as they wish for the betterment of the Caliphate of Khalestine as long as it stays within the law regulation and does not attempt to over rule the Caliph's or Sultan's ruling. If the Caliph or Sultan sees that a council member has passed something that they do not approve of, they may at anytime revoke and overrule said passing. A Council Member may also be removed at any time by the Caliph of Sultan without a needed reason.
