I am normally one to make fancy posts. But today! It shall be a simple thread with a simple goal. The high elves have been pondering setting up a second settlement, for experimental purposes of course! Open to, perhaps, more than just high elves alone. A city which flings its arms open to a world it distrusts. A sceptical eye upon all who enter.

We have a few folk floating, and a few guilds. Pondering if anyone is about who would like to make a high elf for their city, or anyone else with a regular character— or even guilds looking for a home. Seeing who is interested.
