GRAND EDICT OF PARTITION, 1529

 

PROVISION OF SOVEREIGNTY FOR AZWYRMOR

 

It is the will of the Lord Regent of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, Gauldrim Irongut, first of his name, that the lands that lay to the south and east of the Great Western Sea, west and north-west of Erochland, comprising of the former and current capital of Kal’Akash, the Dwed ports that extend their trade routes to the temple, and the fertile plains currently held by the Grand Kingdom, be created within its own independent and sovereign kingdom, the Kingdom of Azwyrmor, translated as the Thrummazagh eron Azwyrmorred, held by Lord Gauldrim Irongut as its king and sovereign, its capital seat becoming Kal’Akash.

This land secedes from the Grand Kingdom and is to be considered a successor and its own sovereign and independent nation state, despite not holding all of the lands that were once held by the Grand Kingdom, it is created in the mould of former kingdoms and left to the successor to determine its own form of independent governance.

It is the will of the Lord Regent of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, Gauldrim Irongut, first of his name, that the islands of Avar, located to the north-east of the newly formed Kingdom of Azwyrmorred and to the west of the Holy Orenian Empire - central in the sea, currently held by the Clan Grandaxe in fief to the Grand Kingdom, be created within its own independent and sovereign kingdom, the Kingdom of Avar, translated as the Thrummazagh eron Avar, held by Clan Father Fimlin Grandaxe as its king and sovereign, its capital seat becoming Kal’Valen.

RECOGNITION OF SOVEREIGNTY FOR THE AFOREMENTIONED

 

The lands henceforth denoted by this edict will be for all intents and purposes be considered individual, independent and sovereign states by the former Grand Kingdom of Urguan, the Holy Orenian Empire and the Iron Uzg alike, being granted full and unequivocal diplomatic recognition as their own nation-states.

 

This edict also extends to each and every former subject of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan not mentioned in this edict the right and privilege to self-determination and decision as to whether or not they remain within the Urguani union or alternately assert their own independence and freedom.
