Donkey Demands

     Casually taking your morning stroll to find a place to break your fast you take note of a note nailed into a brick wall. Curiosity luring you to come closer, you typically don't see this, after all,  you stroll up to the note coaxed in dried blood. After a long moment of inspection and with great effort you manage to make out the hasted writing amidst the paper's poor quality, it'd read,

"GiB DUNKEh TU ZhrEK'LAk fur KlozE tu FREi AGh mI wiHL nuB FlAT LATz

ZINzERleH, SHReckK'LAk ub KLAn lAK"
