What is roleplaying?: The act of playing out actions and scenarios, created by fellow roleplayers. Fitting into a role you have decided, and acting as /that/ person, not yourself.

What is metagaming?:  Using information that is unbeknownst to their characters, to their or someone else's advantage. This is often the case when using third party programs to transfer In-character information to out-of-character, or using the built in messaging system.

What is powergaming?: Forcing ones actions unto another. This could be accomplished in numerous ways, either by giving them little to no time to react to an action or even ripping a piece of paper they are holding, without engaging properly. An example of this would be: GENERIC_DWARF steals your paper instantly and rips it into lots of little pieces and runs off.

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.):

When Azrael Talviel was but a young lad, he was often caught in unfortunate situations, which lead to unintended consequences. He was extremely accident prone. Unlike most children of his age, he much preferred to stay indoors in the warm, sheltering environment of his home.  He preferred the light touch of his hand upon a freshly cut paper book rather than the typical archery that his brothers and sisters tended to practice and utilise for hunting. His hands skimmed across these pages, attempting to absorb the knowledge, both fictional and non-fictional. As he grew older, his love for books only grew stronger. He tended to stay away from the arts of tinkering and the like due to many times causing misfortune to befall others. He considered himself an outcast of sorts, being intellectual, and yet strange made for a rather, shall we say, unique reputation. Though he was not directly feared, many avoided him. This lead to some trust issues and anxiety’s which kept him alone for long isolated periods of time. He was a wood elf, living in the old city of Cerulin, living in the lands of Athera. He once knew this as his home, a time before the flooding and disaster. He evacuated, but his parents had perished in the floods and madness that seemed to be the end of the world itself.

He now resides within the world of Vailor, a newer land-mass. He lives upon the land, not really falling into any group, and staying away from other elves as he didn’t wish to impede upon their happy lives. He was content, satisfied. He found himself to be a new man, at this time he was the age of 64, in human years. This wood elf ventures across the land now, in order to find new meaning in his life, seeking to discover the undiscovered and perhaps create a family of his own, to replace that which he once lost. He sets out upon the world as the sun rises slowly from its slumber, and gives off scintillating smile as he wanders. His brown eyes watch diligently as the world he wanders passes by.

 

Personality Traits: Strange, has a weird sense of humour, joyful.

Ambitions: To help the good folks of Vailor, and find a new life for himself.

Strengths/Talents: Sometimes can cause accidents that favor him and/or others. He can also sew.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Clumsy and can sometimes cause things to go awry. Not very strong, and has large feet.

Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): Six feet tall, 169 lb, brown hair, brown eyes, pale white skin. Scars and cuts, and usually bruises(due to many accidents)
