What is roleplaying?:the acting or performance of a particular role, either consciously (as a technique in psychotherapy or training) or unconsciously, in accordance with the perceived expectations of society with regard to a person's behavior in a particular context.

What is metagaming?: out of character action where a player's character makes use of knowledge that the player is aware of but that the character is not meant to be aware of.

What is powergaming?: is forcing actions against another player.

 

In-Character Information

Character’s name: Waruk Bear-Born

Character’s sex: Male

Character’s race: Orc

Character’s age: 35

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Waruk was born in Iron Uzg in the city of Kodar'Goi. Growing up he'd been trained discipline and how to use a sword and or axe. When he got breaks between training he would marvel over lizards and other small animals he'd find in his city. His parents were very poor and only had enough for food on the table and his lessons. He'd always been able to speak more fluently than the other orcs. He sounded human and wrote and read English like he was a human. The only thing was his voice was deeper. When he was 17 he became a blacksmith's apprentice working on the weapons. Eventually he spotted flaws in the designs and tried to show his master the flaws but he'd have none of it. He believed that if the orcs have had it that way. Than it would stay that way. When he was 24 he left Kodar'Goi to travel and hopefully find work if he could, but before he could leave his parents passed away of a disease. Using the money left to him he used it to buy him a sword and a shield. He didn't have enough to buy some armor but it would work for now. He traveled to the cloud city and learned about the animals there and how different they were from his old city. He would go into the woods stalking wild boar, deer, wolves and sometimes black bears. (Hint how he got his title is coming up!) He learned their strengths and their weaknesses. Until one day while he was at a raspberry patch picking few for himself as a snack he heard a low growl from behind him. He turned and saw a massive black bear known to the farmers as "Black death" He quickly pulled out his sword and shield. Black death struck at him breaking his shield. The massive bear stood on his hind legs getting ready to swipe again when he saw it as a chance to jab it a couple times. He stabbed it in the stomach and the heart. He expected the beast to fall but instead he only seemed to make it more angry. He picked up his sword and charged the beast. It was a mighty fight but when it came down to it, Waruk left with a new rug. The townspeople than named him Waruk Bear-Born in memory of him killing the beast.

Personality Traits: Short temper, cheerful, sarcastic.

Ambitions: Become a Orc chief

Strengths/Talents: Blacksmithing, swords, axes, shields

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Not strong at magic, gets a bit to cocky
