What is roleplaying?: Getting into a character and acting as if you are that character.

What is metagaming?: Using OOC information and using it to your advantage, even if your character does not have the information IRL you has.

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.):

   

    Tomo Dreary was born to a peasant halfling family working under a human manor within the Duchy of Courland, Vailor.  All his life, Tomo cheerfully served under two generations of masters, always loyal.  His second master, Garithos, however, was a drunk and a fool.  Garithos used to abuse poor Tomo, giving him more shares of labor than any other serfs.  Tomo's parents eventually died under Garithos's rule and Tomo ended up alone in his tiny house.  He didn't enjoy serving his master anymore and began to feel sick of the few acres that he had almost never left his entire life.  Even at an older age, Tomo caught the adventure bug common to some halflings.  One night when Garithos was in a drunken stupor, Tomo left the manor with nothing but halfling-sized provisions and the clothes on his back.  Today he still wanders in search of work, hoping to reclaim his lost livelihood.  He hopes to one day find his people, learn their customs, and eventually become one of them.

 

Personality Traits: Loyalty, Cheerfulness, ambition

Ambitions: Family, Friends, food, a home, and a dairy farm empire

Strengths/Talents: Farming skill, comfort around humans, morality

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Greed (money), illiteracy, unable to fit in a crowd of halflings.

Tomo is of an average height for a halfling, with a potbelly, brown eyes, and curly grey hair.
