On Orcs: Questions for the Community

I think that the Orcs should be less common around the map and should focus in their land. Likewise, I think it should be dangerous to enter Orcish lands, and those that enter should be attacked/captured/killed or w/e to make the area appear mysterious and foreboding. That'd be /really/ cool if possible.

After playing an orc for a few years, and being blessed to be an Ugluk, I have a few ideas that would make the orcs an interesting race to play as and to interact with. 

 

I'd like to see the race very aggressive to outsiders, as well as secluded in Orcish lands. They only ever leave their lands to trade, briefly though, and to raid. The raiding part more of though. I'd like to see the Orcs in kind of a constant state of hostility, kind of raiding who they please. No formal declaration of war is needed, and pillage warclaims can pop up on settlements near their lands. Alliance with other nations would be very, very rare. However, they could be paid "tribute" to fight in another's war.

 

Just a few thoughts I've had on the potential path the orcs could take. Thanks btw Pok for making this thread!!

Would it be more interesting if Orcs were more reclusive, making it a sort of event to see one every once and awhile rather than constant raiding/travels from Orc lands?  I would agree with this due to the fact that Orcs are already seen as savages, dirty, and nasty. Along with saying that it would be a good thing to build Orc RP first and in turn of that also growing the Orcish player base.
 

What kind of events would outsiders like to see the Orcs do that the rest of the server may participate in? I could see feasts being set up, due to the savagery of Orcs people tend to stay away from them, I suppose Grand Hunts could be hosted since Hunting in the Uzg is a big deal, a long with that people will be able to learn a bit of the spiritual side of the Orcish RP. There are definitely other events that could be discussed though.
 

In what way can Orcs make interaction with other races more interesting? They obviously don't do much so far other than memery and banditting, because any Orc that deals with the Human World tends to be considered a whitewash. The only way I could really see things happening with other races is competition, but that's without thinking too hard about it.
