A Very Inconvenient Leave

Ser Caspar de Ruyter stood at the port of Felsen as his ship arrived. He took with him not but his armour and a sword and a mere few hundred minae. He boarded the ship, nodding farewell to his comrades and siblings as the ship slowly departed the docks. Ser Cas de Ruyter would not be seen again for quite some time as he slowly floated off in the distance. Where this is? Nobody but him knows. “Farewell my friends. I will see you in time, and when I do, it shall be a joyous day. Though for now I’m afraid I must say goodbye.”

 

A note is left to all of his close friends, comrades, and family all saying the same thing:

 

“If you are reading this, I’m afraid I have already departed for my journey. It is a shame I must go without much notice, but it must be done. I need a break and must take my mind off of everything going on. I trust you all will be well and in my absence, I will appoint Maurits de Ruyter as my regent. He will have full authority to speak on my behalf and I trust he will do well. Apologies for this most inconvenient leave, but it must be done for my own sanity. Let it be known that I will indeed miss you all though I must go. Farewell my friends and family,

I am taking a bit of a break from LOTC for now as I must attend to IRL things and cannot focus all of my attention onto LOTC. I will be back, and I will hop on every now and then and I will be active af on skype. So, if you need anything done, just shoot me a PM or somethin’.
