HurferDurfer1 2978 Share Posted June 7, 2016 Like the monks said, they will be maintaining their neutrality and allow spooks to wander cloud temple, but odds are you will see a drop in the amount of spooks that gather at the docks. Why would a city allow all manner of spooky scary skeletons into their walls through a carriage or boat of any kind? Would they simply be teleported through the use of vile magic?
