Today, on the 10th of Snow's Maiden, a council of three pariran'tir convened:

- Lyu Elibar'acal

- Parion Tahn'thill

- Liewyn Talareh'ceru

and found the elf known as Rasmodius guilty of public indecency and assault. Accordingly, he has been unanimously banished from all of Haelun'or.
