Ricky 321 Share Posted August 19, 2016 A larger team didn't really increase the amount of events, it just made loads of inactive ET who were hard to keep tabs on with there being so many (in my entire last stint I was never contacted on activity yet was inactive most of it). Increasing as and when there is significant demand is probably a lot better, also means you stay active or there are 50 people looking for your job (and those sweet sweet pex).
