Dan worked diligently for the greater part of a year, and pushed out a huge project with the help of basically two others. Ryan was left to handle everything else himself among the Admins. And we had a number of GMs who stayed on the team despite clearly being primed for departure that then went due to the increased demands of 5.0, some folks who left due to a disagreement in the server direction, and some who merely had real life issues that demanded more of their time. I would say it's more so a lot of weird timing paired with the release of a map that dramatically increased activity and the demands on staff than something to be particularly concerned about.
