This is a valid concern and was taken into account when we made our decision.

I would like to explain why this did not reflect on this promotion. (This was recently explained in a staff-report).

 

While Ski suggested Wiseacres, he was no more involved in the choice than any other staff member—as she was ultimately given the chance to trial by administration. There were various appraisals that highly recommended her for the job—but we quickly realized that they were not substantiated by any backbone. This was subsequently resolved with her immediately failing her trial.

I feel like there needs the be a thing of "too many staff positions." Great that he wants to help out but, I feel like being a part of many position will only actually limit and hinder how much he can help.
