The Fair Magi Act

 

Announced by the Sahir, the fair magi act is a new law insisting that all magi are to fill out an involuntary form and send it to the Sahir's office, they will be sent a license for use. It is advised that all magic you plan on publicly using is written down and sent in, all documents received are confidential and government kept. Those who are found casting with out a license will be warned, and given the form to sign out. If they refuse and continue to cast in Haria with out being documented they will be considered Rogue Magi and will be hunted and imprisoned.

 

This act also includes those who practice a diety magic, Druids, Clercis/paladins, Ascended.

 

Monks of the cloud temple are excluded from this act, as they are a symbol of neutrality and peace, one that anyone should trust.

 

This act also includes that any licensed mage caught using their magi in a non-justified way will be dealt with just as any Rogue Magi.
