When Making a Purchase

Before making a donation there is something that thing you need to think of, this is not a decision that we can help you make. And that decision is "How much do I want to give?" Let it be known that every single cent that everyone pays goes straight to helping the server in many ways. So never feel obligated to pay, big or small, it all goes towards a great cause. As thanks from us for your helpful contribution we have set up several items which can be purchased in game with 'crowns'.

The server has a wide range of different package perks to help accommodate as little to as much as you would like to buy. You can see the list of the different perks you can receive based on how much you spend just by selecting the "STORE" button on the top of the forums. Once you have decided on which package you would like, select the package and follow the direction on the page.

Do Purchases Stack?
Yes! You will get the next package whenever you hit it.

 

Are purchases refundable?
No, we do not offer refunds.

In-Game and Forums Tags
=In-Game=
You will automatically get your in-game rank after you purchase the rank. If for some reason you don't, made a /treq , /dreq or /areq and a Developer or Administrator will help as soon as they can!

=Forums=
To get your forum rank and tag, you need to integrate your Minecraft and forum accounts if you haven’t already done so. To integrate your accounts:

 

• Firstly, run the following command on your main Minecraft account that is whitelisted (Your VIP account):
  /freja forum <forum name>

 

You should receive a message from yourself on the forums titled Your Mincraft Account Verification Code like the one below. Because the message is sent from your own account, you will not receive a notification that it has been sent, but you can still find it under your PMs.

 

 

Once you’ve received the authentication code you can run this command in-game to confirm the account integration. Use the code that was sent to you over the forums.
/freja confirm <verification code>
 

A message similar to this should pop up in game if the verification has worked successfully.

Purchases on Multiple Accounts
When you make a purchase, it is for one account only. Purchases can not be transferred between accounts, added together between accounts, or split between accounts.

 

My VIP Account Got Hacked!

Should an account no longer be accessible to you due to being compromised, please email [email protected] using the email associated with your forum account. The old account will be banned, and you will receive the package on your new account.

 

 

I Want To Sell My VIP Account

When you sell an account you use on mc.lotc.co, you are also selling the VIP package, and any perks associated with it. Please let a GM know when you sell your account, as it must be dewhitelisted and the player will need to re-apply, and all personas will be deleted. Should you be found not to follow this process, both you and they buyer will receive a ban,

Wait time for all of this to happen?
Most of the purchasing process is quick. Getting your rank in-game, perks in-game... all usually happens within the hour. The forums can take a while though, because admins don't check the topic daily, it can sometimes take awhile to get the forum rank. We apologize for this inconvenience.
