This doesnt amplify, it just shoots a spell in its original power lvl

Just a name, mostly because the amount of emotes it takes to charge and aim it would be slow enough for most enemies to run for cover except for slow big things like golems.

Heh, lightning already messes up a golems core. A good mage/warrior knows how to get rid of them without all these trinkets and magical objects.
