Following the changes on the frontline by the Undead classed Anomalous, certain parties are expected to maintain a more active role in the efforts to vanquish the undying. These parties, given their abnormal abilities, are expected to appear before the Prefect of Logistics(RancidHound) as soon as possible for assessment.

Given the nature of the opposition, men and women under the influence of the arcane are and shall be widely perceived as potential conduits for the anomalous forces. As is widely known by the men and women of the Westerlands, the decadent, power seeking and self serving arcanely influenced are prone to making deals with demons ultimately resulting in self destructive tendencies that not only harm themselves but are detrimental to the functions of a nation.

Going forward, the following laws are in effect


Usage of the Arcane within the confines of Bastion without proper documentation, regardless of intent, is forbidden.

The study and exchange of the Arcane within Bastion, without prior assessment and approval, is forbidden.

The study and exchange of the dark arts, even as a basis of understanding, is forbidden.

The possession of dark artifacts is and has been forbidden.

The possession of dark texts is and has been forbidden.
