-= A Final Plea. =-

Jacque de Felsen, current Marshal of Courland would tear his blade from a kneeling Haensatian soldier as he'd kick the dying man off the side of the tower. Panting heavily, the bloodied man would quickly glance around from above examining his surroundings below. Black and yellow tabards lay scattered throughout the ground below in a bloodied'n'tangled mess that was the entirety of the Hansetic forces:

"Do not let pride forsake you or your family, think of your men, your children, wives, sisters, brothers. . . Think of those loyal men that raise arms not in the name of some foolish King and cause, but you and in your name. Do not forsake them, not for your pride's sake. My King has been wronged one too many times by that of the North. Promises made to him have been spit on, his people in the past slaughtered and unfortunately the monster in him awoken. He WILL fall the North, he WILL destroy any that lay in his path and I, as well any other man have no right to tell him to do otherwise. Not after what he has endured. But, my King does possess a heart. We know that many whom fight for the North wish not too, or have been deceived into fighting against a foe that should not be theirs. And because of this, I have been granted permission to for one last time for the next Saint's day to allow any man or woman whom in which we have no quarrel with to lay down arms and walk away and any noble Houses in which no true wrongs have they committed to reconsider their allegiance, and leave their sinking ship. I, Jacque de Felsen, Marshal of the Courlandic forces promise that if such is done, they will be sparred from a cold blistering unavoidable death."

OOC:

This post is essentially a final call from Courland to any Northern vassals to turncoat before the next battle or now officially be recognized as a Courlandic enemy. If you're scared of doing so publicly, feel free to like some others message either myself or Vege privately to do some RP. We understand through experience that plenty of you are scared of acting off of RP fear or reasoning due to an OOC fear of being outcaste or region sniped. Don't worry, we're here for you.

Robert of Anjou smiles from afar, respecting the lengths of mercy and clemency that the Courlanders are willing to display in the face of their adversary.

Ser Markus agrees.

"The only loyal Brawm to this great kingdom is me, my dear friend."

Ser Markus would then smile as he would watch some of the men training in the court yard.

"The slave trade is a staple of the Orcish culture, Oren was wrong to abolish it." says Von Amice.
