It reads the following: “Beltane is a vernal holiday celebrated every decade associated with the ocean. We are excited to announce that a festival will be held in honour of Lumas, complete with cultural goods and spicy liquor. Bonfires will be lit and toasts to the blessed ocean god will be made. The celebration will be held at Makuakane. All are welcome to join!” "Note: Kha will be watched closely as they have committed to an offense on our grounds in the past." ((Directions: from the Cloud Temple, take the boat to Haria, and from the Asul docks, take the Makuakane boat (it has white sails). The festival will be held at 8PM EST on Saturday, 10th of June.))
