Can't join the server

Hi my problem is obvious, I can't join Lotc I can join any other multiplayer server.I saw a topic which has my exact problem so I am gonna post it here 

I have the same problem this dude had, I dont know how he solved though when I wanna join it says java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out:no further information:

This problem has been going on for a few weeks.

You may have to update your java. I had to do that once or twice, though I can never remember how to do so.

Hmmm alright, that version should work fine. It definitely sounds like an issue on your side. 

The player who couldn't connect in the thread you posted was unable to do so because we were undergoing a server blacklist at the time, that has since been lifted. As the person above me mentioned, I'd try updating java.
