“Peace be Upon you Leader of Al-Sham Ibraheem Al-Assad, I wish for an alliance, i finally had rid of the bandit who attack our road so now we shouldn't have a problem, if you accept then know that we will be ready to come and help defend you and your people in good faith. Tasius stands at the entrance to the Argonian ruins. Besides him stood Skalei Caleeseene, explorer and scholar hired to advise.

“And you’re positive that we can freely explore these ruins, without any repercussions from the Argonians in Soulrest?”

Skalei nodded. “Xanmeer ruins are older than most historical records, and tend to have plenty of goodies. This one has likely been explored before, but it could still have plenty of secrets to unlock.”

Tasius nodded, and turned to check the workers progress. The entire island was cleared, and if not for the volcano, and the Xanmeer ruins (oddly left out of Daro’Mla’s previous report) it would likely be quite flat.

Tasius turned back to Skalei. “You have my permission to begin an expedition into the Xanmeer Ruins. Work with Governor Okalz to get what you need. Make sure this expedition returns some positive results, and you’ll be handsomely rewarded.

Skalei grinned eagerly, and nodded. “With pleasure, Ri’Tasius.” With that, she ran off, before Tasius could correct her. Tasius sighed, and turned back to the ruins. “Even the Argonians are calling me that now…”

Queen Athaere and Martial Adus ride alongside one another on horseback, Aldmeri Scouts and Soldiers up front with White Script Troops on the flanks. The Mages in the middle as they aren’t as capable in a close up fight.

Well, Lady Nalanye was quite friendly wasn’t she?” Adus comments. Athaere nods “Indeed, while not someone I would trust on the higher end of a leadership role in our planned Dominion but she certainly makes a good friendly face for the people to look up to.

One of the more odded Mages, whom carries a sword and a darker set of Robes. Often he works with Queen Athaere in private, many distrust him but no one dares confront him about such thoughts. Only Queen Athaere knows his name, the Court simply knows him as the Queen’s Shadow.

691e68c13ea1eb02cf7f36841556b27c.jpg

He rides behind Adus and the others, his hood turns eyeing a small rocky outcropping as he spots something. “My Queen!” he calls out before suddenly an arrow flies past Adus’ head “AMBUSH!” someone calls out, the trained and superior armed troops quickly move to formation raising their shields and blocking several more arrows. From all sides 20 Bandits charge the group, a grave mistake. Quickly The Bandits are cut down and sliced to pieces, a single bandit breaks through the formation going for Athaere only to be parried by Adus’ shield followed by a swift gauntlet to the face, the force immediately kills the man. Queen Athaere dismounts her horse to remain more prepared. She looks up just in time to spot a single archer, bow knocked back and arrow ready.

Before she can even react he fires, she could have sworn she saw her life flash before her eyes. A young Dominion Soldier moves in the way, though he focused more to get there than ready his shield. The arrow strikes the young man in the chest, he falls to Athaere’s feet holding the arrow in pain. Athaere looks up making eye contact with the Bandit, his eyes filled with fear as he realized there..he made a mistake. The Queen and her Shadow both raise their hands thrusting their hands out at the Archer and his compatriot as a dark flash of magic shoots past them.

Another Bosmer runs up behind the Altmer Bandit “Come on we have to get out of here!” The two of them turn around as they both faced two large armored beings.

3880811-4531194871-199_t.jpg

Staring into the bright blue eyes of death itself, they didn’t even have enough time to scream before clawed gauntlets gripped into the Wood Elf’s jugular lifting him off the ground as he slowly bled and suffocated. His other friend found himself impaled by a longsword as he grabbed and feebly beat on the Dremoran Warrior's armor. Moments later their lifelessly bodies fall to the ground. The Battle was won.

Queen Athaere dismisses her conjured warrior, leaning down to the soldier at her feet. With a wince the arrow is removed as she plants a hand on his chest slowly healing him “Your Queen won’t let you fall today, and what is my most loyal soldier’s name?” she asks, the young bosmer speechless attempts to speak his own name somewhat shocked by the whole ordeal.

A..Atherion my Lady...Atherion of House Aedahl.” he finally gets out.

Adus turns around after he knows for sure the last of the scum have been vanquished. Her Shadow passes by Adus as he grips his sword, that old Mage had always given him a bad feeling.

My Lady...you shouldn’t worry about your lessers..it is not befitting..” He says to her, she turns giving him a glare “I will treat and interact with whomever I please Shadow..mind your place.” she threatens as he bows and backs off. With a sigh she looks back down at Atherion with a smile “Up Soldier! The Dominion carries on.” she grabs his arm pulling him to his feet, the hole in his armor still present but his wounds healed “Yes My Lady!” he salutes with a fist over his heart and bows his head.

The Group re-organizes with no losses and no prisoners. The bodies dumped and buried as ordered by the Queen, such garbage should not ruin the beauty of the Isles.

--Months Later--

Queen Athaere and her court ready in the Palace, the Festival is in full swing within Alinor. People celebrate and enjoy simple pleasures of drink and company. Children play and people of the High Court mingle amongst the commoners.

It is a time for all of the Dominion to celebrate.

8CNGkLd.jpg

At the Height of the First Day for the Festival Queen Athaere stands before her subjects. Her most loyal and veteran troops line the front forming a barrier between the Court and the Crowd, though not armed to keep anyone back they bear flags of different houses, they’re armor decorative as well.

People of Alinor! Proud Soldiers of the Dominion! Children of Auri-El!

Today we celebrate our success in restoring Order to Alinor! And let this be the first of many celebrations for the future. A glorious day it truly is, as Auri-El has truly blessed me.” she smiles “I have been blessed with great people to be at my side and to look over. For I alone do not make Alinor what it is, That honor falls to you all. Farmers, Blacksmiths, and those of you who labor away everyday are what makes the Dominion strong! You are what makes it so blessed..” she holds her arms out “So let us all celebrate together!

At that right on cue the troops break formation, Mages shoot combinations of spells into the air. Fireworks for the crowd as the festival is in full swing. Queen Athaere indulges herself to join in on the festivities for a time. Adus at her side at every moment.

----Dominion Edicts----

The whole of Alinor along with it’s honored guests celebrate The White Bannered Festival, as the week goes on Royal Guests and others of the Court meet in the Palace to feast and discuss Alliances (4 AP)

Hegathe

“This is unacceptable!” shouted Endon, “To see these people in such terrible circumstances is unacceptable!”

“Yes,” Derik said in agreement, “It is indeed, however we must prepare first.”

“Upon that, we can all agree,” said Anton, “We must prepare if we want to win, the Mage’s college included.”

“The forces must be outfitted properly, and we must prepare for every inevitable angle,” Cartos said as he rolled out an old map of Hammerfell, with a few notes jotted down from what they had observed on their border from the outposts, the information the agents had gathered upon infiltrating the country, and information about the routes through the desert. “So, we find that our main force is here,” Cartos said as he pointed to the coastal border between Hegathe and Sentinel, “However, there also stands a good chance that they may try and send a force around the back to outflank us in the desert,” Cartos continued as he moved his hand down the map towards the desert, “If this happens, we need a force of cavalry there to oppose them. Not only will mounted archers be able to defeat a similar sized contingent on foot, but they will be able to arrive to us faster and warn us of the incoming army.”

“Hmm, clearly we all have much work to do,” Derik stated, “Let us made it so then.”

"Lurbug, I gave those Snowbacks a chance and they spat in my face with fancy words and denial! What do you think the right thing to do is? As far as I'm concerned they deserve not a shred of mercy." Mazat yelled out through the council chamber and several faces quickly turned to face him.

The Chief straightened himself up and looked Mazat in the eyes. "High Chief, I meant no disgrace to you. I simply wish to avoid any unnecessary death on our front." Lurbug shook his head and then looked about the room. "After all, what would we become if we were to kill off our loyal denizens? I won't have our people become known as monsters!"

"Death is the foundation of Empires, Lurbug. Your job is to cultivate that Empire, not protect our soldiers." General Baznog had chimed in, he scoffed before going on. "Men die in wars. This should be no surprise to you. But, you aren't completely useless. You're smart enough to know that if we lose all of our men in our efforts to win, we have no true victory. So, going by that logic we cannot stand to siege down Helgen. After all, is Helgen not what we seek to take?" The General grunted and issued a statement to Mazat. "High Chief, in Bur-Deese's letter they mentioned the Falkreath Stronghold. If we could their men to our cause then we may have enough men to force Helgen to agree to our terms."

Mazat raised an eyebrow at Baznog's suggestion. "Ah, yes. Vulzurd Chel. If I recall correctly they declined our offer of vassalization, however. Very well, Lurbug arrange a group of scouts and diplomats to speak to the Chief of Vulzurd Chel. Make sure they have proper cover and be sure to offer the chieftain the entirety of Falkreath Hold."

Chiefdom Edicts:

1 AP: Further training of infantry.

3 AP: A team of Diplomats and scouts are sent into Falkreath Hold. The team is advised to take the back roads to Vulzurd Chel under the guise of a band of mercenaries. The Diplomats are told to promise the chieftain the entirety of Falkreath Hold under the High Chiefdom should they join them in war.

The Festival goes on for a week (?) with the populace mostly spending time enjoying themselves, from visiting stalls to spend their meager savings on the various goods at all the stalls, or to watch the various performers. Many merchants find their coffers to be more than replenished after the festivities, and more than a few thieves and pickpockets can claim similar. Regardless, the festivities have most people in high spirits.

As for the talks… you know the results of them. (If you would like me to post them here, let me know, and I’ll post a general summary)

Several days after Lady Elanrine’s return to Shimmerene, she is found poisoned. Healers are unable to identify the poison in time to save her life. Lady Elanrine had no successor, and now Shimmerene is in turmoil as to who should claim leadership.

Queen Athaere receives an invitation to attend Lady Elanrine’s funeral service.

The men attempt to collect dwemer metal from piping and such, but find that the metal is not easily claimed, and are forced to only return with the scrap metal they manage to find doting the ruins. Though some Dwarven Ingots are certainly made, there is nowhere near enough to outfit the entire army.

The diplomat arrives safely.

Work begins on a hospital.

A man submits a lengthy report.

While exploring our section of the county, near Belkarth Guard, my group was attacked by a dragon. We were sure to die, when we were saved by a group of passing mages. The dragon fled after viciously fighting them. The mages introduced themselves as the Blackcasters. They claimed to have been hunting the dragon for several months, and had finally tracked it to it’s lair when it had gone off to hunt.

Had the Blackcasters not come when they did, we would have been that dragon’s next meal.

The Blackcasters took us to their camp, which they had set on the road between Belkarth Guard and Dragon Gate. They showed us a hidden road, which lead to the dragon’s lair, an old ruin called Fang Lair. Apparently the place had been an old Dwemer ruin of some sort, before the Dwemer had disappeared, and the dragon had claimed the place.

The leader of the Blackcasters introduced himself as Grand Caster Casn Caorgna.

The expedition enters the ruins in the early hours of the day, on Tirdas.

As the explore the ruins, a few leftover traps manage to snag some of the expeditionary forces, and a few more are lost to some of the more dangerous creatures that have entered the ruins, over the years.

After exploring most of the ruins, the expeditionary force decides to return to the surface, with little to show for it.

However, as they make their way out of the ruins, they discover a small, hidden vault. Most of the items within the vault are simply relics, such as jewelry, or decorative items. However, in the furthest reaches of the vault, there is a true gem.

A book, written in ancient Argonian, is pulled from a small Display Case. The book is bound in leather - perhaps even Argonian skin. The pages are thin, with small damage, and require the lightest touch to avoid crumbling. Even so, the book is mostly legible, and could potentially be translated, with time and effort.

Queen Athaere, Councillor Aelsinire, Martial Adus, High Priest Telion, Spymaster Vianmir, and Steward Barthir are all sitting in the Palace Chambers locked away from the world.

I’ve some urgent news for you all..

The group looks to their Queen, glancing at each other wondering what could have happened already.

“Lady Elanrine was poisoned, she has passed on the Healers couldn’t save her.” she announces as everyone seems rather shocked. “Who could’ve possibly done this?” Sagelock asks. Suddenly the group looks to Vianmir who looks up from his drink “What?..Don’t look at me!

Queen Athaere shakes her head “I don’t believe any of us did it, nor do I believe Nalanye is cunning enough. Nonetheless I’ve been offered to go to the funeral, which I plan to go. There is more going on it feels, and me not going would only make us seem guilty. I cannot afford such a rumor to hatch.

Spymaster Vianmir stands up and bows “I will seek out every contact I possibly can to discover the true nature behind this my lady, I will not allow this event to sour your good name.

Queen Athaere nods “For now we must wait and watch..you may all return to your duties.

She watches all of her faithful followers leave the Palace as Shadow walks up behind her “My Queen..now is the perfect time to seize control of Shimmerene..

Queen Athaere simply narrows her eyes “We shall see..

Order of the Enigma

Captain Sureric watched from a dark corner of the room. He had been allowed to observe the magical aptitude tests today, only because his daughter was one of the candidates, and only after several hours of begging Master Anogon.

Captain Sureric had watched several of the previous candidates already, and knew his daughter would be up soon.

Master Anogon checked the list, and called Alecia Silvanana to demonstrate her magical aptitude. Alecia stood from the audience, and quietly moved to the examination area.

Master Anogon spoke, the two judges beside him letting him take the lead. “Miss Silvanana, according to your records, you are already a capable mage in the schools of Restoration and Alteration. What school will you be demonstrating your aptitude with today?”

Alecia cleared her throat, and spoke as steadily as she could. “Today, I will be demonstrating my aptitude with Conjuration, sir.”

Master Anogon nodded. Captain Sureric watched nervously from the sidelines, Conjuration was dangerous, if mishandled. So was any other school, he supposed, but magic was, by nature, dangerous, as he understood it.

Master Anogon called for her to summon something called a familiar. Captain Sureric had no idea what a familiar was, but it sounded dangerous. He watched with concern as Alecia summoned the magic, and cast the spell at the ground in front of her.

Sitting there, was a ghostly Bone-Hawk. Master Anogon marked something down on a piece of parchment before him, before moving on to a series of other trials. Conjuring weapons and armor, skeletons and minor daedra. Finally Master Anogon raised his hand. “Very well. You have proved more than capable with the school of Conjuration. Congratulation, Alecia Silvanana. I grant you the title of Adept.

Captain Sureric let out a whoop of joy, then clamped his hands over his mouth, as Master Anogon glared daggers at him. Still staring at Captain Sureric, he continued to speak with Alecia. “Miss Silvanana, I was especially impressed at your summoning of a bone-hawk as your familiar. Few people can summon birds as familiars, and fewer still Bone-Hawks. I expect exceptional results from you in the future.”

Captain Sureric quietly made his way from the room, Master Anogon glaring at him, till he was gone, and let out a sigh of relief. Magic was dangerous, but it made his daughter happy, and so long as she was safe, that was good enough for him.

County of Evermore

Uther looked from his letter in concentration and a snarl on his face as he had heard the news.

There had been a victory and Wayrest had been conquered but at what cost, his army was depleted and he was vulnerable to any possible counter attacks, he would need to make sure the consolidate his position first before making any more offensive moves. His enemy would most likely come to attack his position and try to drive him out of Wayrest. Now he had to make sure that the people in Wayrest would not be able to or would want to revolt against him and he needed to prepare for the inevitable attack that was cominig. Uther feared what might be ahead of him, he felt that the threat was greater than he had originally appreciated and that whilst he would most likely win this conflict it would possible be at grave costs as seen by the first strike.

It would be nice if he could have some people helping him with taking out the Orisimer and then he realised something.

He had been an idiot, whilst he had sent men to his neighbours in High Rock he hadn't send any to other people in High Rock. Even though they would most likely not immediately join in with the war he could at least know what the stance was of the other provinces and what the best approach would be to them, he did not hope war, a peaceful annexation was much more preferable.

Actions

2 ap is spent recruiting 500 more men

1 ap is spent on consolidating power in Wayrest by putting the former guards out of service and to go through extensive testing to see if he was loyal to lord Uther and by giving gifts and entertainment to the people of Evermore

1 ap is spent preparing for a possible counter-attack

0 ap is spent sending diplomats to all provinces of High Rock, except Wayrest which he was at war with and Farrun and Gehenna where the situation was complicated to say the least.

1 ap is spent giving any hunter or other people who have information on any approaching armies a decent amount of gold so he would have an initial warning of where and when the Orisimir army came from and to get enough time to get a response, further if possible small group of soldiers with help of the hunters will attempt to ambush the supply lines of any approaching armies

Aether-Wave Pirates

Tasius studies the book closely. The leather, possibly Argonian skin - a morbid thought - is of a worn, brown color, likely from age. The pages worn, holes in places. The book looks ready to fall apart.

Tasius looks up at Skalei. “You’re certain this is Xanmeer?” Skalei shrugs. “Could be Xanmeer. Could be something else. I don’t know. These ruins are old, and have been searched more than a couple times. For all we know, this could be the ramblings of a madman, in some made up language. Until we study it, we can’t know.”

Tasius sighs, and points to the book. “You’re a scholar, yes? Well, I want to hire you to translate this book then. Use whatever resources you need, but keep this quiet as much as possible.”

Skalei gives a toothy grin. “I was hoping you’d ask me. I’ll reach out to a few friends, and see if they can help any.”

Tasius nods. “There is a khajiit mage in Senchal. Name of Kho’Khatherra. She studied the stars all her life. She might have some insight into this book as well. I’ll set you up contact. Set up in Senchal. Soulrest might be closer, but frankly, I’m not sure Senchal is totally cooperative yet, and I want to be sure you can study with as little disturbance as possible.”

Skalei nods, gingerly picking the book up, and sliding it in a padded carrying case. “Noted. What’ll you do with the information we find, anyways?”

Tasius shrugs. “Depends on what we find, I suppose. Ask me again when we know.”

Skalei nods, and leaves the tent Tasius had been using as a personal study the past few weeks.

Tasius studies the map of Topal Island, and his eyes fall on the Volcano. “That’s one hell of a danger, if it’s still active… Better send someone to check on it.”

Mazat sat upon his throne, silently inspecting the group of diplomats who had entered the room. "If I recall, you lot were sent to speak with the Chief of Vulzurd Chel, yeah? So, what news do you have?" Half of the group seemed scrawny and could barely walk in the armor they were given to support their cover, while the other half was well-fed and could hardly fit the plate over their stomachs.

One of the fattened orcs spoke up, a terrible wheeze was evident in his voice. "Whell, High Chief. Whe whas lucky to get out of that place alive. The man whas some chief, I'll tell ya." A scrawnier one spoke back. "Yeah, when we relayed yer message he just gave us some food for the road an' told us to fock right off! As an educated man, I'd say he ain't much intent to help out in yer battles."

The High Chief leaned back into his chair and let out a sigh. "If that's all, you can leave. I have much to plan with my Generals." He turned his gaze to a group of guards arriving from their first meal, wearing their newly forged armor. "Guards! Get these idiots out of here!"

Hegathe

Derik patrolled the outside of the wall with several guards as he looked around at it. While there were still a few spots on the wall which needed to be fixed, it certainly was not bad.

“We anticipate that the wall will be done relatively soon,” continued the engineer, “We’d hoped to have more money budgeted to this project so we could make improvements, but it will certainly serve its purpose.”

“Hmm, very good,” Derik as he continued his examinations. “You know, many years ago my grandparents told me stories about the great walls of Hegathe. Of how they had been the only southern city to hold out against the Aldmeri Dominion, hopefully one day they will become that grand again. However, for the time we can only spare these resources to them.”

The sound of hammers beating on the anvils filled the air. The air itself smelled strongly of molten metal. The blacksmiths of Hegathe worked diligently to pump out steel weaponry for the troops.

“Well,” commented the foreman, “not as much as we would have liked, but I’ll see what we can do with the budget.”

Endon looked at him and nodded, “Thank you, we greatly appreciate it. There’s just so many things which we have to do in preparation to defend ourselves.”

“Don’t have to tell me, lord,” replied the foreman, “My father told me about the wars Hegathe used to be in. Awful bloody mess from what he told me.”

“And expensive,” Endon chuckled.

“I would imagine,” the foreman stated, “but they don’t ever write about the gold it costs in the bard songs.”

The hooves of the camels beat against the hot sands of the desert as they trotted. Each man riding them wore robes to keep them cool. As they approached the targets, the riders suddenly broke off from their march into a sort of extending line formation, which gradually curled back on itself to create a circle. The, arrows began raining down on the targets. Most of them, indeed missing, but what was to be expected. Shooting while also being mounted was no easy task, and the men were just getting started.

“Knock, Aim, Loose!” shouted out the commander as a barrage of arrows flew from multiple directions, the majority of them hitting their targets.

“Hmm, rather good,” commented Carlos as he overlooked the men slowly approaching from their hiding spots.

“Definitely a force to be reckoned with,” Cartos admitted as he continued to scan the troops as they lined up.

AP:

1 AP Hegathe will continue to work on the large wall surrounding its main city.

1 AP Hegathe will be outfitting all of its troops with steel weaponry.

1 AP Hegathe will begin training a corps of mounted archers.

2 AP Hegathe will begin working on training an elite corps of stealth archers.

Morning Star - Mid Year

SE 77

The Golden Dominion

Locations: Alinor

Population: 12000

Military: 1000

The Funeral is a nice one. Much of Shimmerene takes the day as a Holiday, as a sign of respect of Lady Elanrine. Due to the… graphic effects of the poison, Lady Elanrine’s body is not shown during the funeral. Bands play somber music before and after the funeral, and there is nearly an hour of silence in honor of Lady Elanrine. Throughout the county, there are plenty of celebrations of her achievements.

Spymaster Vianmir finds a plethora of information about the Lady Elanrine’s death, and the results. Apparently, Lady Elanrine was either poisoned by an extremely potent poison, with several adverse effects, or several poisons at once. The poison(s) caused Lady Elanrine’s tongue to swell to the size her entire mouth was filled. Her throat also swelled, cutting off air. Once mixed with her stomach acids, her own body’s acids began to eat away at her own flesh. Once the poison(s) had reached her brain, she had begun suffering from hemorrhaging.

Information is also collected about the various factions vying for power.

Councilor Elinver, who seems to generally care for Shimmerene, and likely has the capacity to rule it.

General Hondil, who is Harsh, but has accomplished much in his time, and is well-respected.

Lord Jovmro, who isn’t well respected, but had more than enough money to compensate.

Spymaster Vianmir is unable to find out the identity of the person who poisoned Lady Elanrine, nor the method of the poisoning.

Hegathe

Locations: Hegathe

Population: 10000

Military: 1460

Work on the wall is completed, returning it to it’s former glory.

The men receive new steel weapons.

A corps of mounted archers begins training.

The best archers are taken from the military, and begin extensive training.

Khalastine

Locations: Skaven

Population: 8400

Al-Sham

Locations: Elinhir

Population: 12000

Military: 1500

The Messenger arrives at the Blackcaster camp, but returns with a refusal to attend the feast until the Dragon has been dealt with.

Work begins on fixing the city walls, with much of the work being finished within half a year.

An exceptional forge is built.

The people rejoice at the lower taxes.

Jerallian High Chiefdom

Locations: Bruma

Population: 8750

Military: 1400

The diplomats sent to Chorrol are refused entry.

The diplomats sent to Cheydinhal are allowed entry into the city, and meet with the leader, Father Tutlencis Miline.

The men travel up the Pale Pass, but are stopped at the northern entrance by the impressive checkpoint Falkreath has established. The four hundred men are easily outnumbered by the Falkreath forces, and retreat quickly back to the border checkpoint on Bruma’s side, and the other six hundred men. The thousand men now wait for further orders at the (significantly lesser) checkpoint on Bruma’s side.

County of Evermor

Locations: Evermor

Population: 13400

Military: 1000 = 1300+500-800

New Military is recruited (+500 Men)

The Guards are put out of service, and the people placated with the gifts and entertainment.

Preparations are made for a possible counter-attack, with good reason.

Though messengers are sent, none of them return.

Though attempts are made, it’s very quickly realized that many of the hunters are “crying wolf” for money. Funnily enough, few of the hunters actually stay in town after “crying wolf”. The one, mostly static, information is that the Chief’s armies would likely attack from the north, as that is the direction Orsinium would attack from.

The attack comes just before dawn. The preparations help - a little. After all, more men are on duty than normally would be. However, much of the forces are to the north, as they expect the attack to happen from there.

The attack comes from the east first, back towards Evermor. Orcs, numbering maybe five hundred, attack the eastern wall. Much of the armies attention is diverted there, when Chief Gromazkul’s armies march from the north. Another thousand orcs march from the north, bearing his banner.

The two armies banners do not match.

The Northern defenses fall, before enough of the eastern wall can reinforce them. With the orcs on the northern wall, the eastern wall quickly falls as well, and then the city. Though the banners differ, the two armies are clearly cooperating.

Wayrest is lost, as are many soldiers lives, only a small number manages to escape the slaughter. (-800 Soldiers)

Aether-Wave Pirates

Locations: Senchal, Soulrest

Population: 17200

Work begins on building the base.

The group sent to the volcano report that it is active, but will likely not erupt for a few more years.

Markarth Hold

REMOVED FROM GAME DUE TO INACTIVITY

Order of the Enigma
