Shame these numbers were done the first week of actual summer for many and they're now on vacation/actually doing summer things. (TFW 4 of your 6 stewards are on vacation at the same time rip)

 

Though people boast that summer is when we get our highest player numbers, it's during the school year where we actually get the most consistent numbers. 

 

This also doesn't count some of the outlying manors and homes that people bunk up in but aren't part of a main rp hub. So keep that in mind.

Let's just hope the staff don't accidentally destroy an entire race's activity with this process...

(Like way back when the halflings lost their only village because a GM thought they weren't active enough to "deserve" it, and thus destroyed the halfling RP for a while smh)

I do admittedly wish I'd thought of it sooner. I thought of it about a week before we started doing checks, but I was only a contributor then so it took a bit for me to get the necessary pex to perform them. It is a bit unfortunate I started right when Sutica's activity seemed to drop a whole bunch, though hopefully things will recover once more of the stewards are back.

 

As for outlying homes, the goal is mainly to find places that are roleplay hubs, where someone can just walk into the place and find RP pretty easily, rather than an attempt to track nation activity.

If we axe some places, we're going to be pretty careful and give lots of warning. As of now, to the best of my knowledge there's no talk of doing so, though that's not to say there won't be in the future. Basically, unsure if this will come up, but if it does, we plan to be very careful about it.
