All around Axios, people would seem to be shaken.. Though you continue on your path.

It is when you bump into a large crowd, standing around some improvised notice board that the events would peak your interest. You make your way through the herds of people before you find what they were all looking at.. A spectacularly designed paper would have been attached to the board, upon which some weird arrangement of letters could have been found.

“PG PL GZNJN XZNJN GZN UPSZG TO EQF OQENL QXQF QVE GZN EQJW TO VPSZG NVKTMJQSNL DUPSZG GZQG GZN DNPVSL TO OPJN QVE DNQMGF OMUOPUU GZNPJ EMGF. BQF GZNPJ UPSZG PUUMBPVQGN FTMJ CQGZ.”

Under the parchment of code an emblem would have been branded, leaving an undeniable trace just above the disclaimer.

“I advise you all to take note of these letters.. For he who cracks the code shall find great rareness.”

It would have read in an elegant yet practical handwriting.

Word had gone around that a lot of these improvised noticeboards had been able to be found all over the realm of Axios, and even some heralds of mysterious news would have been able to be found handing out the mysterious news before wishing you farewell

“Hail the rise of the Phoenix!”

Spoiler

OOC:

A certain Azdrazi stares at the parchment, his eyes frantically scanning over the code. He pulls some sort of worn leather journal out from beneath his robes, sloppily jotting down the letters before making off to his study.

Wargoth Zlash'Lur, Shaman of Fire and Storm, scans the parchment at the odd mystery of the letters as he attempts to make out what it means. As he looks further into it he scratches his head blurting out "I will have to have the goblins scan this over to peep if they can make any sense of this. Some people just nub gruk how to write I suppose."

Cedric Callum looks at the paper and says, "I've always wanted to see a phoenix..."

Nemir carefully studies the coded text, deciding to rewrite it thoughtfully into another journal of hers.  "The Phoenix," she mutters while looking down onto the page, then pressed her lips together while narrowing her eyes at her handwriting.  "Urthir'lari Metta'igne." Elven words strangely slipped past her lips from memory as she closed her book shut, creating a soft thoopf as the covers met.  Odd that this elfess hardly speaks a word of that ancient tongue.  I ought to search through those data logs again, Nemir had thought to herself while returning to The Grand Library of Dragur, disappearing into its depths and into her laboratory.

Siawn quite suddenly pulls himself from his seat upon deciphering the code, ripping the completed message from the page and folding it into a neat square. He shoves it into his pocket, leaving his study to set out on a journey.

Morgan shrugs, spending a few hours literally writing away the thing, scratching it out. Before facepalming, writing the completed message and sighing

Cedric stares at the paper for hours, trying to decipher the code. Finally, he cracks it, and is ecstatic about his discovery. "It's time to find myself a Phoenix," he says, filled with excitement, and rushes out of his house.

[[Just wondering, how do you tame one 'legally' for lack of a better word? For example, how do you know know that you've found one and that it's ok to tame it?]]

Nemir's eyes widen with excitement and wonder as she finally manages to decipher the code after spending several hours alone in her laboratory. "Oh my..." she mutters to herself, immediately creating a copy of the phrase and shoving it into one of the pockets of her robes.  The elfess readies herself for travel and takes a hold of her simple looking staff before emerging from the basement of The Library of Dragur to begin her little journey, acting almost as if it were just another day for her.

[[Was interesting to do, had fun!]]

Gripping the note in her hand, Hela began to scan the words displayed on the parchment. Her teeth biting at her lower lip before folding the note and discard it into her jacket. It seemed she was off towards her Crypt. "Research needs to be conducted." She chimed with strut.

Ela had sent in her code, keeping a copy for herself.

Guyden finally sets his quill down, lifting the code up with a great grin "Ah- finally!" He stares at its contents for several moments, almost in a trance. "Hmm... well, I'm certainly in need of a break I suppose. May as well give it a go." With that, he hefts up his satchel, dashing towards the nearest dock.

Hela descended up the stairs from her Crypt with a smile, her lips perking up with smile as her hands tightened the grip on the parchment with the decoded note. She left that land with a small crack of her neck. "What a divine prize I shall have."

Yeulf would scribble down the paper and stare at it for a while. His eyes giving off a luminescent glow as his mind unscrambles the letters in an infinite amount of ways before his eyes would finally widen "Got it!" he'd say going off to search.
