His Holiness EVERARD IV, High Pontiff of the Church of the Canon, Archbishop of Fernandus, Jorenus, Lotharum, Aleksandria, Visigia and Erochland, Prince-Bishop of St. Thomas, Savoy, Mont St. Humbert, Johannesburg, Esheveurd, Luciensport, Huss, and Dibley, Abbot of Laureh’lin, and Hariam, Bishop of Godfreo, Versace, Mardon, and Carace, Minister-General of the Humbertines, Successor of the High Priesthood of the Church, Supreme Pontiff of the Church of True Faith, Keeper of the Canon, Missionary to Aeldin, High Servant to the Exalted's Testaments, Humble Servant of the Faithful and Vicar of God does decree…

Brethren of the faithful flock,

 

We the Pontificate have struck with utter shock and have been appalled by the abhorrence and the indescribable injury committed against the peace and grace of GOD’s people and His anointed leaders. The House of Romstun has committed acts of depravity immeasurable against that of the laws of GOD and men. Fear not for vengeance and justice is His. Your Holy Father expresses his profound tears of sorrow at the blasphemous violation of the sanctity of holy matrimony by bloodshed of one’s kin and of the insurrection that has evoked sentiments of weariness in the realm. Rise up to this Holy War all ye weary and grieving! Take upon the yoke of thy faith and brandish the flaming sword of Exalted Owyn and aid your fellow brothers in GOD and by the strength of His communion of Saints to manifest His Justice and Majesty in the minds of the wicked who so wish to do us harm. Moreover, let all those see and those who have ears ought to hear that the House of Romstun, current and future kin, and all those in league thereof be declared excommunicated from the Most Holy Canonist Church, barred from the sacraments she administers and of the salvation she promises under Her yoke.

Let it be known, in the Year of our Lord, 1623, on the 6th of the Deep Cold, the following decrees doth flow from the blessed pen of the Vicar of GOD to all the faithful and to whom it may concern:

 

♰ He called Deano Romstun, heretic and blasphemer who fosters this wickedness upon our lands, is declared anathema.

 

♰ She called Zoey Romstun, heretic and blasphemer who betrays the one to whom she swore fidelity and once united in holy matrimony, is declared anathema.

 

♰ He called Ronnie Romstun, heretic and blasphemer who by association to vile kin, is declared anathema.

 

♰ He called Warren Romstun, heretic and blasphemer who by association to vile kin, is declared anathema.

 

♰ All other members of the House of Romstun, their future descendants, are declared anathema.

 

♰ He called Alfie Barthum, heretic and blasphemer who carries out the deeds of sin and bears immoral statutes in line with the condemned, is declared anathema.

 

♰ Those who pledge allegiance, sympathy, and take up arms in the service of wickedness to aid in the House of Romstun and their allies are declared anathema.

Upon times of great strife, the Pontificate prays for those who defend our realm from wicked men. By decree of His Holiness Everard IV, Vicar of GOD and Keeper of the Testaments, a plenary indulgence to those who serve the just people of Oren and her vassals in defense against the wicked snares of her enemies. We hereby absolve them of their sins and impart a benediction beyond immeasurable graces with the promise of salvation to the Seven Skies and consolation in the respite of the saints and Aenguls in the dominion of the Divine.

“May the holy Cross, a reminder of our faith and the symbol of our conscience forever be our guide to the holy Light of the Godhead. By the merits of our faith in the Testaments of the Exalted Prophets, we implore the blessings of GOD Most High, incomparable to all things known, that our prayers for peace and prosperity be expediently restored and consolation reinstituted to all estates of humanity.
