Dr. Strange and Scarlet witch, she is usually underestimated but she can literally warp reality and has probability manipulation, she can see all possible outcomes for a situation and pick the best one. She also usually can utilize chaos magic and rather recently it has apparently been confirmed she can utilize witchcraft but I'm trusting Wikipedia here.
