Furthermore, any harm coming to the citizens and traders of Kaz’Ulrah within Renatus shall be meet with harsh retribution. Let it be known that from this moment forward the elf realms are released of all obligations and fealty to the former Holy Orenain Empire. The Kingdom of Renatus shan't hold the elf realms in any vassalage or protection. Let it be known that the King of Renatus shall send missives of peace to nations across the realm when the time is suitable. Let it be known that the Privy Council is hereby reorganized to become the Assembly of Lords; the King shall henceforth pick between ten to thirty Lords to represent the broad interest of all the lands of Renatus, draft laws, proposed plans and ideas for the future of the Kingdom.
