The Atlas Discovery Movement is a collection of various scholars and adventurers whom wish to explore and record the mysteries of these new lands. The various types of landscapes, ruins, creatures and fauna have intrigued those as of recent and have lead to the discovery of this society. Below, areas of interest shall be displayed for all those interested to take part in the adventurers plight of discovery.

 

These tasks will range from scouting missions, the retrieval of corpses and subjects and also the opportunity to earn fame and place yourselves among the great explorers of these lands!

 

These tasks have different, distinct classifications that shall be made upon later notices on the type of expedition and the risk.

 

In regards to types of Expeditions, there are:

Hunts

Scouting

Retrieval

Extermination

 Exploration

 

Which, the risk levels vary according to how many people you may bring:

Easy: 1-3 People

Moderate: 3 - 5 People, preparation is needed

Difficult: 5-8 people, preparation is needed

Extreme: 8 - 13 people, maximum preparation and tactics are needed to survive these encounters

Unknown: ??? This risk level is associated with new areas that have not been scouted, it is the player and ET's discretion.

Task #1: The Exploration of the Firelands

 

Information:

The society is wishing to gather specimens of the creatures that inhabit these lands. The fields of fire and ash do boast a strange amount of wildlife, many which are unrecorded and unaware to us all. The task of the adventurers is to move towards this site and gather the cadavers of any specimens that are found in these lands. Otherwise, capture and retrieval is preferred, but not the necessary outcome.

 

100 minas per preserved corpse of creatures in these lands

More minas is negotiable for specimens which are captured and brought to the society for studying.

Also, 50 minas shall be given for the group whom write notes on the behavioral patterns of the creature and present them with either the corpses of the live specimens.

 

The risk of this mission is MODERATE. Caution is advised, since of the environment and unknown potential of the beasts you hunt.

So this is an event-line/bounty board revival for the new map. The details shall be ironed out properly in the coming days but essentially you organise with the ET who is in charge of the area for an expedition towards one of these areas. Contacting them through IG, Discord or the forums to arrange times where this can happen.

Some of these encounters might fail, some might succeed. The actions of the players will always have consequences and make affect the actual regions in strange ways, so keep that in mind when pursuing these encounters/bounties.
