Out of context/out of role play speech (what if I forgot something that happened in the past during the role play, and I forgot what it was, would I be permitted to ask the question out loud, or should i /msg someone?)

I was looking for role play servers online.

In-Character Information
Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

Unknown (18), but looks about 15 (he's/I'm short)

Biography  (This is one of the most important sections of the application. Please take your time and make it a decent paragraph long. Read up on your character's race and be sure to add at least one accurate reference from the server lore): (where does your character come from?; where have they traveled to?; what year were they born in? et cetera.) 

Was found in a burnt house, alone. This boy wanders alone.

Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?)

Seems to have some sort of Trauma from his childhood. Does not speak, keeps to himself, hates Peanut Butter. Loves ghosts, magic spells, and fire. Insecure, and shy. Usually happy and playful. Loves animals. HATES SPIDERS. Very scared of arachnids.

Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?)

Craze hopes to master magic, and learn about his past.

Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?)

Fast and good with fire! Is average at magic and lock-picking. Not very strong and average stamina.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?)

Needs to get stronger and needs more stamina. Is very, very, very scared of arachnids. Can't function when spiders are threatening.

Appearance: (what does your character look like?; how tall are they?; hair color?; scars?)

Short, skinny and small, has purple hair that looks like a flame.
