Even the spires of Norseth'onn bear these public invitations. The Ball of Caras Eldar In celebration of the construction of the new home of Malin's people, a ball will be hosted in the Caras Eldar ballroom in the next elven day. The event will include music, drinks, and general celebration. All those within the city are invited.
