Death Bug? Not sure.

Alright, so I was on the road to Santegia to roleplay with some people when I died at these exact co-ordinates. 

 

 

I'm aware that the picture above is a location from the Cartography Mod which I do use for Waypoints to help get myself around, and ironically enough it set a Waypoint when I died!

 

I contacted Fireheart_ regarding this, the backround to the death being that whilst I was playing Town of Salem and Minecraft at the same time, I was choosing an option for something in Town Of Salem which would have taken around five seconds to do before continuing on when I found out that I was dead. I modreq'd, there were no mods on at the time but I waited humbly for a mod to come along. I had lost two lore items - two bracelets which I had received from AstartesTemple at a 'Love Festival' in the Dominion a couple of days ago, and a bow and some arrows which I had gained. I didn't lose anything else to my knowledge but some Monkbread. I haven't been able to go back to that area, but @Fireheart_ told me that they had scanned the area for PVP deaths and that they didn't find me, so I'm making this bug report as suggested by Fireheart.

 

I'm not sure about why I died, but I do believe that it was instantaneous, rather than being a mob kill. If it was a Mob kill, I'm not sure how it came to pass, as (I'm not very aware on the rules regarding this) I didn't see any red mob entities on my Cartography mod. If I had, I would have likely killed them or would have ran off. Thanks.

Consider looking at your chat logs for the situation, looking for the typical death message you get something to the effect of

 

"You are starting to lose consciousness!" 

 

If you can find that, there should be a player name if it were a player and not show any name if it was a mob. If you cant find one, it is more likely that there was some kind of a bug that skipped past that part of the plugin.

Yo you could have ran back to the place you died to pick up your items; That's what the death waypoints are for, after all.

if it makes you feel any better once I was transfering rp items from one place to another and went pee while on a bridge and came back to death because someone had punched me off and drowned me. lost like 10 items of varying importance it suckeddd
