TRANSFER OF DUTIES ACT

Authorization of extended duties to the Office of the Seneschal of the Renatian Crown and the transfer of immediate city administration duties to the Senntisten City Administration, issued by His Excellency, Aran Talraen, Seneschal of the Renatian Crown, 8th of Snow’s Maiden, 1659

TO ALL LOYAL SUBJECTS OF THE RENATIAN CROWN:

 

In accordance with the directives issued by His Royal Majesty, the Advisory Council, and the Declaration of the Office of the Seneschal of the Renatian Crown, and to ensure the proper transition of power proclaimed within the Declaration, from this moment onward all immediate city administration duties are permanently transferred to the jurisdiction of the Office’s first department, the SENNTISTEN CITY ADMINISTRATION. The authority of the Office and the Renatian Crown shall hereby be maintained by the elected head of the Senntisten City Administration - the MAYOR OF SENNTISTEN, who is to be entrusted with the duty of directly managing its work and the Capital’s civil affairs, under the Seneschal’s guidance who will reserve his advisory role as the overseer of the Crownlands and the realm. The Mayor shall be elected from the Capital’s populace following the process similar to the previously held Marnan Elections of 1647, the details of which shall be publicly announced following this Act.

 

Furthermore, in the name of the Crown, the Office of the Seneschal shall assume the role of auditing and overseeing the entirety of the realm, in order to ensure its continued prosperity and stability in the face of external aggressions directed towards the Crown of Renatus-Marna and its loyal citizens. All those who swear fealty to the Crown are hereby expected to cooperate with the Office in the task of documenting their military, economic, and civilian capacity, the details of which shall be entrusted to the Crown’s vassals following the authorization of this Act.
