“Finding that our disagreements are few, and the need for change great, we are announcing that we will run as mayor-and-steward where I will run some of the operations, and he will run the others…. ( Our votes will not be stacked into one candidate, as whoever wins election will be the mayor and the other the steward...)

We have decided this in close discussion with the lord marshal, Caspian Lombardi. Should we succeed, the military levies of Ruriksgrad proper will be under his control, and the defense of the city under his authority, as he has vastly more experience than Hans and Myself.
