For too long has banditry run rampant throughout the heart of continental Atlas. As merchants and mere travellers make their way through the vital roadways, they find themselves preyed upon by petty highwaymen who conceal their identity beneath a blue cloth. These bandits are a far cry from marauders of yore. They hope to make a name for themselves by masquerading in their bandanas and springing upon the innocent. As much as they strive to achieve the stature and mimic the the deeds of the House of Flay and Romstun; it will be for naught. It is time for the masked pretenders be taught a lesson for the insolence. They fight with cowardice; employing guerilla tactics and digging tunnels through the ground akin to rodents - like the rats they are. It is time for them to be snuffed out once and for all. We shall ignore these slights against our people no longer. From whichever hole they may retreat to, we will hunt them down to the ends of the world.

Their ego will be their undoing.
