PREMISE:

It is with the formal signing of this treaty on 13th of the Amber Cold, 1667, that the Dominion of Elvenesse does enter into a binding pact with the Horde of Thagurz’Grish, promising to fight in the mutual defense of both countries to foster longstanding peace in Atlas.

 

TERMS:

• Article I: The Dominion and the Horde do swear to defend each other in war or peacetime and will opt to do so unless another pact strictly prohibits them from doing so. It is crucial for the vitality of both countries that agreement to fight is conferred on by the Warchief of Izig and High Prince of the Elves, as well as their trusted dignitaries and council.
• Article II: The Dominion and the Horde shall not engage in acts of aggression with one another and will work towards fostering peace between both countries. To clarify, the Orcs of the Horde will not reave Elven lands that belong to the Dominion of Malin under any circumstance, if raiding does occur it will also be conferred upon and the perpetrator met with a harsh punishment.
• Article III: The Dominion and the Horde do agree on working towards sharing present alliances and treaties to foster longstanding peace in Atlas. Both countries also do hereby agree to aid one another in their wars if necessary and agreed upon by the Praetor of Elves and Warchief of Izig.
• Article IV: The Orcs of the Horde shall be permitted visitation to Caras Eldar and will be hereby given the right to peddle their wares in the city square, as long as the goods are not contraband or illegal.
