THE RIVIA ACCORD, 9th of the Grand Harvest, 1668

Courland, crushed and defeated, suffered their defeat - And with that, the promises they made to their allies and their confidence wans. It is no surprise that their allies have lost faith in Courland and the prospect of the flimsy “A.R.A”. With that negotiations were quickly formed with the Duchy of Rivia and a deal was made.

 

The Terms, agreed upon by both nations, are as followed:

• The Kingdom of Renatus-Marna and the Duchy of Rivia agree to the basic tenets of Non-Aggression. Neither party shall intentionally harm civilian or military personnel possessed by the other.

• The Kingdom of Renatus-Marna and the Duchy of Rivia agree to a Military Aid in the aims to combat, quell and defeat the A.R.A specifically - a mutual enemy to both sovereign nations. This clause shall persist until the A.R.A is destroyed or disbanded. The Military Aid is specific to the A.R.A in war zones, or to repel or aggress on the A.R.A and any of its signatories in defensive or aggressive raids

• The Kingdom of Renatus-Marna and the Duchy of Rivia agree that if ever the A.R.A or any coalition comprised of the A.R.A signatories goes against the Duchy of Rivia, then this clause will be activated - forming a defensive alliance in the aids to repel the coalition from taking over, warring or claiming victory over the Duchy of Rivia.
