When you find yourself alone

Over the years, I have watched people come and go on lord of the craft. Friends drift apart and people you thought were your friends, go silent. There comes a time when you find yourself alone, afraid to confide in anyone out of fear of being judged or hurt more. Your circle becomes smaller and smaller until you realize, no one would miss you.

 

Why do I write this? I just feel heavy, tired of pretending. We all make mistakes, do something we regret, and ultimately pay a price. What could I have done to deserve the situation I am in? Well, it's better to say what did I not do?

 

I pushed away anyone who I had thought close because I cannot trust people enough. I lash out, attack, and hurt those I care about. I act tough and strong, but most times I am looking through discord, wondering if any of them really care. It's an ugly thing that I see others go through. I am their rock, and I listen to them.

 

I don't write this for sympayhy. I don't write this as a cry for help. I write this to clear my mind and hopefully find a way to repent for the cruelness and toxicity I have shown.

no matter how mean or bad a person is, there can usually be redemption, luckily we are playing on minecraft so the repent isnt as high. anyway im glad you got whatever off your chest and ill be around if you needa talk even though i dont know you

Knowing you have a problem is always a good first step. - People have been mean to you in the past, including myself, so don't blame yourself completely. Toxicity breeds toxicity. If you work at it you can try and become a better person for yourself.

Normally people will be friends with a person out of social interest or because they hate being alone. It's often a process of having something to provide- and when that no longer sustains them they're gone.

 

I think it's important to focus on yourself and enjoying your own company. In time, this enables you to see who your true friends are, and who are merely clinging to you for some kind of reward.

We have an amazing community on the server, and you'll always be able to find a group that you fit in with. There are people who at some times may make you feel down or upset but everyone cares and even if at points you feel that you have made a mistake everyone is able to forgive, and if not I'm always able to talk ?
