THE EDICT OF SERVITUDE

Issued on the 14th of Snow’s Maiden, 1673

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Emforth the power of His Majesty Sigmar Lothar Barbanov I of the Kingdom of Haense, the crown has hereby proclaimed quotas for the noble subdivisions of the Kingdom in military undertakings. His Majesty declares that Baronies of the Kingdom of Haense must be capable and ready to put forth at least five armipotent and adept warriors when called upon; Counties must provide ten of these combatants, and Duchies must provide twenty men. These rallies must be made consistently and with surety. Should repeated infringements be made upon the quota, His Majesty has indicated that these noble subdivisions risk the revocation of their titles and rights to land.

GOD save the King, GOD save Haense!
